8th Grade Exploratory wrapped up their FFA Unit with a tasty activity—FFA Cookie Emblems!

Students put their knowledge of the five parts of the FFA emblem to the test and reviewed what each part represents: unity, hard work, pride, wisdom, and progress. They added a corresponding treat for each part to their cookie, creating an FFA emblem of their own.

And, of course, the best part was ending class by enjoying their hard work! 🍪💙💛

Happy International Literacy Day! Celebrated on September 8, this day reminds us how reading and writing open doors, build confidence, and strengthen communities. Let’s keep supporting literacy for learners of all ages.

Mr. Wheater’s Financial Literacy students are exploring their futures! After completing a career assessment, students selected two career pathways to research, learning about education, training, earnings, job outlooks, and work environments.

Students are now presenting their findings to classmates, building research, communication, and presentation skills while connecting their learning to future career opportunities! 🎓
